It was a quaint hotel - I loved wonderfully helpful staff and decent location. My room was brand-new with views of the street and a fresh made breakfast. The breakfast food was great and decently-priced. Excellent services were available. Moreover, parking was nearby. Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Granada.

The room was spotlessly clean, cozy with spacious bathrooms, and had all the necessary items we required.

The room was not too wide, but it had a high ceiling which made it feel spacious. The bathrooms were very nice, with a bathtub and toiletries. The establishment does not have a parking lot, but it has an agreement with an underground parking lot for 18 euros a day (the normal price is much higher) which is 3 blocks from the hotel. The hotel is also one block away from Calle Elvira, which is great for having some good tapas. The beds are comfortable but they don't always have one double bed available, although in that case they will leave you two single beds together.
Breakfast felt poor for the price. In Spain food is not expensive, so if you consider the overall cost of the room that includes breakfast, it seems to me that breakfast could have more detail. More fruit, some choice of egg (even if it was only scrambled) and less baked goods. But, anyway, if it's about eating until you fill up you can do it, coffee is also very good.

Our stay at Exe Triunfo Granada during our two-week Spanish road trip was very good. We booked a large double room with a lovely view of Plaza del Triunfo online, and we enjoyed it.

The girls at the reception were very competent and attentive to me; One of them in particular, who is one of the girls who worked the night shift, was very nice and very kind (she even helped me to find a restaurant at 11 pm for dinner at home (I only asked her if she knew any good place for dinner at home to look for it with her mobile phone, but she on her own initiative looked for different places until she found a very good looking pizzeria that was nearby and very rich). And I also liked the location of the hotel, it's in the heart of Granada.
I doubt too much that the 4 stars they claim to have are real, site has a 70-80's aesthetic and furniture. It does not correspond with the photos we saw on the internet previously. One of the days we saw how the cleaning girl "changed" the sheets of the beds and towels in the bathroom (she didn't change anything, she just made the beds and folded the towels (which I didn't expect and didn't like since I expected everything to be clean every day. finally, room smelled very much like drains. It was unpleasant to arrive from spending the whole day sightseeing, to arrive bursting straight to bed and find that smell in the room. In the end you get used to it, come on, I didn't like the smell of cesspools all the time.

Exceptional overall experience. Decent location, QUIRKY hotel, wonderfully helpful staff. Brand-new & air-conditioned room with exterior window, comfortable beds, as for instance. Very good service overall.

Conveniently close to Gate of Elvira, which was cool. The room for the queen-sized bed had AC and all the comfy stuff you need. 😊

best thing is the location of the hotel, room itself (except for the bathroom) which was very spacious, comfortable and with a view. staff is also very friendly.
What I didn't like was the bathroom in the room. Too narrow. I think that in the same space, with a different distribution, it would be better. Long bathroom with the bathtub on one side and in the other, sink, bidet and cup.. I think that the bidet is enough to give comfort to the place, not having to avoid it to reach the toilet. Besides, towel rail is placed on the same wall, so for someone as tall as me, it is another obstacle to get rid of (or to hit you on the head with it as it happened to me on 1 occasion.. As for the bathtub... uncomfortable screen to open because it hinders again... you have to maneuver to get out. It would be better to slide. the shower as such, bar that must hold the artichoke is loose (it turns on its holders) so if you put the artichoke there, pressure makes the bar turn and water jet points to the wall.. conclusion, to shower you must use 1 hand to hold it. to say that at least in our room (104) the heating system was very noisy, even without us turning it on. I also missed an exclusive ford of the hotel and not the loading and unloading, permanently busy if you arrive on a Sunday as was our case... have to find the life to park near.
